Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled facility.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is advantageous.
- Availability: Must be available for Full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
