Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as certified.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
