Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and update stock records to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Package and label products securely for shipment using standard packaging materials and ensure proper handling.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse layout to optimize workflow and storage capacity.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track shipments and manage inventory databases efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
