Responsibilities
- Unload, verify, and document incoming shipments with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to organize inventory efficiently
- Pick and pack orders for same-day shipping fulfillment
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Valid Florida driver's license (Class D minimum)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
