Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Process incoming/outbound shipments with accuracy
- Pick and pack orders meeting daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA guidelines
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
