Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Verify and inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies against packing lists.
- Shipping & Receiving: Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Stock Management: Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus (we will train if necessary).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
