Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using our warehouse management systems to ensure timely delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards, keep the workspace clean and organized, and report any potential hazards immediately.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy, and coordinate the loading of outbound trucks.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs related to inventory movements and daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
