Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, process, and ship inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and data entry
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and package goods to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Uphold OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
