Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock throughout the facility.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail stocking role is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
