Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day/next-day delivery
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with RF scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
