Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control through systematic receiving, picking, and packing processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Process shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing goods
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Background check and drug screen required
