What You Will Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Your daily tasks will involve ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, and packing of merchandise with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
