Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory with RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Process inbound shipments and verify documentation
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
