Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
