Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using industrial equipment
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Pick/pack orders with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs
- Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Uphold 5S workplace organization standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to 2450 Industrial Parkway
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check/drug screen
- Comfortable with heights and confined spaces
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
