Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize workflow and safety compliance.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in inventory audits as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
