Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain OSHA-compliant workspaces and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly (with accommodations available)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for WMS)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends (12-hour shifts)
- Valid state ID (driver's license not required)
- Team player with strong communication skills
