Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality control
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid government-issued photo ID and SSN
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Atlanta facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
