Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform warehouse cleaning and equipment maintenance
- Support receiving and putaway processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
