Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Unload and sort incoming freight, ensuring accurate inventory documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Assist with facility cleanliness and maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphone apps
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
