Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory storage through efficient pallet racking and slotting techniques
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipment fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces with 5S methodology compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
