Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA guidelines
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and reduce processing time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets

Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
