Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and manage inventory records
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain organized storage areas and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventories
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
