Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
