Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Load/unload freight trucks efficiently and safely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (cooler/freezer sections)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Team player with excellent communication skills
