Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and sort inventory with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (scanners, conveyors) with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules
