Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and discrepancies; document all inventory movements
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support special projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
