Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks with pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
