Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and accurately
- Maintain organized inventory counts and perform cycle counting tasks
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and arranging warehouse storage efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all positions)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
