Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store inventory in organized warehouse locations
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for all transactions
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
