Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and audits
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
