Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate powered equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment according to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments and processing documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
