Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory counts and cycle counts accuracy
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse storage
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with receiving and quality control processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screen
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork focus
- Availability for flexible shifts (days/evenings/weekends)
