Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock throughout the facility.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to 5S principles and reporting any safety hazards immediately.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy, ensuring proper documentation and placement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse software.
