Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day shipping to regional clients
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
