Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for timely delivery using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks to maintain distribution flow.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Forklift Certification: Previous experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
