Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.
Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license or state ID required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
