Your Responsibilities
As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will ensure the efficient flow of goods through our facility. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with the management team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate scanning devices (RF guns) to update inventory systems in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory verification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (Class C).
