Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to 150 Northern Ave, Boston
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
