Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Load/unload shipments with attention to product safety and handling protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
