Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Manage inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train on new processes and equipment as technology evolves
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
