Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload packages from delivery vehicles using scanning equipment and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Machinery Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety protocols.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and report hazards immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
