Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
