Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts with precision
- Pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
