Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment within SLA requirements
- Maintain organized and clean workspaces to optimize operational efficiency
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to the industrial location
- Flexible availability to work morning/evening/weekend shifts
