Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Manage inventory with precision, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF technology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
