Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using material handling equipment
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in warehouse zones
- Maintain accurate inventory records via digital systems
- Operate forklifts/pallet jacks after training completion
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train you!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with walking/standing
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Pass background check & drug screen
- Positive attitude & teamwork mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
