Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts (reach trucks, cherry pickers) and pallet jacks as required.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, damages, and inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a climate-controlled environment.
- Driver's License: Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
