Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure data integrity.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure they meet company standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders efficiently to meet tight delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
