Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using a WMS.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate shipping and receiving equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Handle customer returns and damaged goods appropriately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
